Q: How soon can I get booked in?
This is largely down to how much work we already have booked in however we will endeavour to get you booked in on the day you wish. If we’re already fully booked we will make arrangement’s that best suit your needs.
Q: What can we repair?
We can deal with almost any repair to your vehicle. Please contact us to discuss your fault and we will happily discuss your options.
Q: How long will it take?
This is determined by what the problem is, however we will do our up most to make sure the work is carried out at the fastest rate possible whilst making sure the quality of the work does not suffer. We will make it as easy as possible for you to have your car repaired by providing a courtesy car, when available, and with our collect and drop off service.
Q What type of vehicles do your repair?
We repair almost any vehicle up to the size of a 7.5 ton van. This includes horse boxes, vans, cars and track cars. Please give us a call so we can discuss your vehicle.
Q: What documents do I need to bring?
We recommend that you bring your service book with you when having a repair to your car. Another useful item to bring is a locking wheel nut if your car requires one.
If you are using our Courtesy car then please bring your driving license as a form of ID.
Q: What is the process of getting my car repaired?
When you first make contact with us either via the phone, email or by visiting us we will ask questions about the fault or repair, discuss with you how we will go about the repair and what needs to be done. At this point we will then source the parts on your behalf from our local suppliers and put together a quote. It will then be up to yourself if you want to go ahead with the work. We will only ever complete work you have agreed to and will not carry out any work which hasn’t been quoted.
Q: How can I pay?
There are various was to process your payment. You can either pay in cash, cheque, credit or debit card when collecting your car.
